Eigashima Craft Japanese Whisky TOJIs Select thus combines the unique traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations and the contemporary TOJIs original blends. The taste is delicate with a light oily texture and aromas of honey and fruit that evoke the gentle breeze of the Seto Inland Sea. -

It was aged in used white American oak barrels. Months before bottling, it was transferred into Mizunara casks (Japanese Oak) to add roundness and spice.
Notes of coconut, caramel, smoke, and cooked fruit on the palate. Enjoy FUYU Mizunara neat or on the rocks!
