FUYU means “Winter” in Japanese. This FUYU Mizunara Finish Japanese Blended Whisky was made from 50% malt and 50% mash corn and wheat on Honshu island. It was aged in used white American oak barrels. Months before bottling, it was transferred into Mizunara casks (Japanese Oak) to add roundness and spice.
Notes of coconut, caramel, smoke, and cooked fruit on the palate. Enjoy FUYU Mizunara neat or on the rocks!
